All cancellations are REQUIRED to be submitted via phone call or text message.

Cancellation must be done within 48 hours.  Failure to cancel appointment will result in a cancellation fee.

No show on the scheduled visit(s), payment is required in full.      

Cancellation due to inclement weather, must be submitted AT LEAST 6 hours prior to the scheduled visit.  Fee will be waived.
